About the Role

Raycon is looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead the process of ensuring data integrity between all our sales channels and systems. As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, we are looking to build world class standard operating procedures and reporting between our ERP (NetSuite) and e-commerce, Amazon, and B2B channels.

The ideal candidate has experience working in an e-commerce environment and requires proficiency in Excel, Netsuite, and WMS systems. You will oversee all reconciliations and work cross functionally between supply chain, order/inventory operations, finance, and sales. You should be familiar with eCommerce and retail operations processes, inventory management and accuracy, and will take a direct role in supporting the operations and finance team with internal and external audits.

You will report directly to our Director of Operations.

This is a full-time position and includes a competitive base salary and benefits. The preferred location for this role is onsite in our New York office.

What We're Looking For

  • Reconcile orders and inventory to ensure accuracy of data within our ERP system and 3rd party systems such as Shopify, Amazon, and B2B vendor portals
  • Work cross functionally with the Operations, Sales, and Finance teams to troubleshoot discrepancies and pinpoint root causes
  • Work together with our Finance team to ensure all data related to orders and inventory is accurately and consistently recorded, particularly for end-of-month closings, and streamline processes to meet public and private audit standards
  • Develop processes to streamline reconciliations and ensure there are no issues with order transmission, inventory adjustments, and reporting
  • Build KPI dashboards related to fulfillment, shipping, fill rate, inventory accuracy and other operational metrics
  • Ad hoc projects related to business intelligence tools, reporting, and systems integrations

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, e-commerce, fulfillment, finance or an equivalent field. Experience with a D2C brand is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiar with ERP Systems such as SAP or Netsuite
  • Ability to work with the team at all levels, within a highly collaborative environment
  • You are exceptional at streamlining processes, keeping things organized and executing with competing priorities and 
  • You’re a problem solver. You’ve “Escaped the Room”. You can think on your feet, with analytical skills a huge plus
  • You are not afraid of challenges. Taking large and calculated risks do not unnerve you and you embrace the responsibility
