About the Role

Raycon is looking to supercharge our presence on e-commerce marketplaces, primarily on We will also be looking at opportunities on and You'll be leading the optimization of Raycon's media buying worldwide. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to grow with a quickly growing and successful startup brand, and have immediate impact on the top line and bottom line for the business.

The ideal candidate is a number loving, and quantitatively driven decision maker. While nothing makes you happier than seeing explosive sales numbers, you also understand unit economics and driving profitability through the marketplace channels. You love testing out bold ideas, but aren't afraid to spend hours checking the numbers behind them. This will be a critical role to the continued growth of Raycon.

This is a full-time position and includes a competitive base salary and benefits. The preferred location for this role is New York.  Raycon employees are currently working a hybrid WFH policy (3 days in office, 2 days remotely).

What We're Looking For

  • Support full product catalog across eCommerce marketplaces
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns for marketplaces
  • Determine pricing in accordance with retail goals
  • Strategically optimize PDPs for searchability and conversion
  • Maximize quantity and quality of product reviews
  • Create and maintain detailed account analytics and performance reporting
  • Drive exponential growth
  • Ensure logistics of marketplaces channels are always met, including inventory replenishment, reverse logistics maintenance, 
  • Explore opportunities for international eCommerce marketplace expansion

Qualifications & Skills

  • College degree, Masters being a bonus, in a business field such as communications, advertising, marketing, etc.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally either in-house at a DTC eCommerce startup or agency (with eCommerce clients)
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon/AMS a must
  • Highly organized and process-driven, but able to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
