Creative Strategist (Philippines, Remote)

We are a consumer tech e-commerce brand selling products in the US market. We are looking to hire a skilled creative strategist to join our team.

MISSION: Help us build a high-performing content engine for paid channels including concepting, scripting, and optimizing creative assets (primarily UGC videos and static ads). 

TASKS INCLUDE: 

  • Lead creative concepting, copywriting, and scripting for short-form video and static ads, including writing briefs for UGC content creators and looking through existing footage to create new concepts to direct video editors 
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation and production workflows 
  • Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, hook rate, thumbstop rate) to inform ongoing creative decisions

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of paid social and what makes scroll-stopping, high-converting content
  • Experience with UGC production and creator briefing
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative workflows (using ChatGPT / Claude to write briefs, etc.)
  • Highly organized and able to move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Natural storyteller with a sharp eye for copy and branding
  • Are proactive 
  • Speak great English 
  • Bonus: Data-literate — comfortable reading dashboards and turning insights into action

LOGISTICS: This role will start as a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a 30-day probation period to ensure a smooth onboarding and performance alignment.

There is an opportunity for pay increases as candidates take on greater responsibility and perform well.
