About the Role
Raycon is currently seeking a talented Creative Strategist to join our team in New York City. The Creative Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s creative output, driving internal UGC development, and ultimately, building compelling experiences that resonate with our target audience. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights, identify brand avatars, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that align with Raycon’s mission and values. This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of our New York City Office.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive creative strategies that align with Raycon's brand objectives, target audience(s), and market trends in consumer electronics.
- Audience Insights: Conduct research and analysis to gain deep insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and needs, informing creative decisions and campaign development.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce high-quality, engaging content that effectively communicates Raycon's brand message and value proposition(s), primarily through copy.
- Brand Positioning: Redefine Raycon's brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency and relevance across Meta, Google Display, and Email.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement, specifically on Meta ads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Development, Video Production, and Customer Experience, to ensure brand alignment and integration.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to drive innovation and differentiation.
What You Can Do
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably within DTC brands
- Great brand copywriting skills for various types of mediums including short-form video content, direct-to-response static ads, and bonus if experience with OOH
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content management systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
