We're hiring an Email & CRM Specialist to own retention end-to-end: design, build, segment, test, and report. Location: Remote (overseas), working US business hours. Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Compensation: Competitive base + opportunities for pay increases as you take on greater responsibility and perform well. 30-day probation period to ensure smooth onboarding and performance alignment.
Team: This role reports into Marketing leadership and collaborates daily with brand, creative, growth marketing, and e-commerce. You'll own the Klaviyo program end-to-end and partner with Amazon and DTC teams on customer lifecycle.

We need an operator who can ship high-converting flows weekly while building the segmentation, design, and testing engine that compounds over time.
You’d be a Fit if You Have:
• 2–4+ years hands-on in email/CRM for DTC/e-commerce brands
• Deep Klaviyo experience — flows, campaigns, segments, reporting (this is non-negotiable)
• Strong email design skills in Figma, Photoshop, or similar; mobile-first by default
• Fluent in lifecycle and retention strategy — first purchase, win-back, VIP, reactivation
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT, and a real point of view on how to use them to ship faster
• Obsessive attention to detail — you QA every send before it goes out
• Bias for testing — subject lines, layouts, offers, content blocks
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable reading and acting on email KPIs
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Postscript or other SMS platforms
• Experience working with video / UGC assets in email
• Familiarity with Amazon customer data handoffs into CRM
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaigns & Flows: Build and deploy email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo — welcome, post-purchase, win-back, browse/cart abandonment, product launches, promos. Manage basic Postscript/SMS campaigns where applicable.
• Design & Content: Design on-brand, mobile-first, high-converting email templates using product imagery, UGC, and brand guidelines. Partner with internal stakeholders for copy; ensure clear, conversion-focused structure and CTAs.
• Segmentation & Targeting: Create and optimize Klaviyo segments such as high-value customers, lapsing, new buyers, repeat purchasers to drive personalized, relevant messaging at scale.
• List Hygiene & Deliverability: Maintain healthy lists and deliverability best practices. Protect sender reputation.
• A/B Testing: Run continuous tests on subject lines, layouts, offers, and content blocks. Document and share learnings.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on core CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, revenue per send, unsubscribe, spam rate, LTV impact). Surface insights and recommendations to the broader marketing team.
• QA & Ownership: Own end-to-end QA before every send. Zero broken links. Zero typos. Zero wrong-segment sends.

• Email-attributed revenue grows meaningfully as a percentage of total DTC revenue
• Repeat purchase rate and customer LTV trend up quarter over quarter
• Every send goes out QA'd, on-brand, and on-time — zero send errors
• A continuous test cadence is in place with documented learnings that compound
